In general, your vehicles servicing is coordinated by one person: your Service Advisor. They schedule your appointments, prepare estimates, dispatch repairs to the appropriate technicians and communicate vehicle status with their customers throughout the day. They are on their phones frequently, so don't hesitate to leave them a voicemail with a callback number if you do not get hold of them immediately. Please be sure to leave us your email address as this is quickly becoming a very effective way to stay in touch with our customers.

In many cases we can take your vehicle the same day or the next day without an appointment. However, it is best to speak with our receptionist or a Service Advisor beforehand and schedule a 'Day' appointment. Certain repairs require blocking out lengthy diagnostic time; other 'specialty' repairs (i.e. water leaks) must be scheduled for specific days. Keep in mind: Mondays, Fridays, and the days preceding a holiday can fill up fast! Schedule an appointment today!

You can leave your vehicle anytime, day or night. Outside the Service entrance door is a drop box containing envelopes. Park and lock your vehicle, fill out the form on the envelope, sign it, seal your key & FOB inside the envelope (one key only please) and drop the envelope in the mail slot of the drop box. If your repair concerns a drivability issue, such as stalling or running poorly, please fill out the questionnaire on the back of the envelope — the more information you can give us, the better job we can do for you!

In the event that your vehicle should require towing to a repair facility:

1. If your vehicle is still covered by the original Ford Factory warranty or by a Ford Extended Service Plan warranty — Call Ford Roadside Assistance at 1-800-241-FORD.
2. For any other non-Ford extended warranty you will have to refer to their specific instructions for warranty coverage. Generally this involves towing to the nearest available repair facility.
3. For any other local towing services we recommend Nowell's Towing at 703-670-0400 — They have an excellent reputation and we have dealt with them for over 20 years.

Recommending a body shop is not easy because finding and keeping good, talented body and paint people is difficult and even the best shops go through dry spells. Our best advice is to consult friends, neighbors or co-workers who might have had a recent work done. Shop around and get at least a few estimates if you are paying for it yourself.
